Track 4 from Empathy in G minor EP. It contains sounds I recorded on a sunny day in the people's park in Limerick city. The song plays with how elusive happiness and joy can be as concepts and how impossible they can be to achieve without having some kind of control over our lives. Also I had the mega-idealistic thought that if you sang the words happiness and joy over and over it might rub off....
Let's play a game, let's have some fun...

My bro Osgar plays the drums. To a different song, but he played them beautifully. Also I've sampled voices from A capella song googles and messed around with them. If you're in the song do get in touch. You probably owe me money :-)
Asylum Speakers is the latest project of Limerick-based musician and producer Daragh Dukes (Headgear). Described as halfway between Leonard Cohen and Leonard Nimoy, the album Omphalos is coming on October 26th.
